NYY Youth Clubs

NYY Youth Clubs are safe, welcoming spaces for young people aged 11–19 (from Year 7 onwards). We also welcome young people up to age 25 who have additional needs.

Run by experienced youth workers across North Yorkshire, our sessions give young people the chance to meet friends, try new activities and build confidence in a supportive environment. Each session offers a mix of games, creative activities, skills development, and opportunities to relax, have fun and access support when needed.

We’re passionate about youth voice and ensuring young people shape what happens in their clubs. From suggesting activities to leading projects and sharing their ideas, young people are encouraged to have a real say. We also provide opportunities for oung leaders to step up, develop their skills, support others and gain valuable experience — helping them grow in confidence and take pride in their role within the club and their community.

Our youth clubs take place across the county and are led by qualified and experienced youth workers on a range of evenings throughout the year. Most sessions run during school term time, with some clubs and activities also taking place during the holidays, sometimes at different venues. Whether you want to meet up with friends, try something new, learn new skills or simply find a safe, welcoming place to relax and hang out, there’s a club for you — and our friendly staff are always there to help you get involved.
