Change Direction Mentor Whitby & Scarborough

Responsibilities: I work on the change direction scheme supporting and nurturing young people to reach their full potential across schools and community settings. I helped set up and now assist in running the Whitby Youth Club which is an awesome environment for young people to relax, unwind and be themselves.

Favourite par of your job: I love my job!! I love empowering young people, watching them gain confidence, flourish and grow into the amazing individuals they deserve to be. Giving them opportunities to fly high.

Hobbies: I love spending my time with my growing family . I have 2 grown up boys, a step son and step daughter and recently became Nana Becks. Between nappy changes and days out at the park, I enjoy history, psychological thrillers and documentaries, but mostly I love being at home, fire on and a bond film.
