Well, here we are again in Lockdown! Thankfully, you can still go to school and access support as well as your education! I have been working back in school since September and I am seeing lots of anxiety in young people. Please do reach out to a teacher or other school staff if you need someone to talk to – this year has been hard going and you don’t need to keep things to yourself, there are plenty of people who care and who will support you. We have also continued to deliver Filey Youth Club all year; albeit online. The sessions haven’t been terribly well attended, but those who have attended have really found them a great connection to other young people, as well as a source of support from Youth Workers.
