(30hrs per week, £28,000 pro-rata, fixed term most likely until 31st March 2029)

Join North Yorkshire Youth – and Team FEAST – to lead and shape how FEAST engages with schools, young people and families across North Yorkshire.

Delivered by North Yorkshire Together (a partnership between North Yorkshire Sport, North Yorkshire Youth and Rural Arts), FEAST provides holiday activities and healthy meals to children and young people eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals.

With over 15,000 children and young people eligible across the county, this role offers a real opportunity to strengthen participation, build meaningful partnerships with schools and youth settings, and improve how families engage with the programme.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional project and relationship management skills, as well as experience working with schools and/or youth groups. You will be confident in partnership working, managing large volumes of data and communications, and balancing strategic development with detailed administration. An ideal candidate will have experience running focus groups or consultations with children and young people, although training can be provided.

This is not an activity delivery role. From a personnel perspective, you will be directly employed by North Yorkshire Youth, however you will work daily with colleagues across partner organisations as part of Team FEAST.
